William F. Larkin Golf Course at Colonial Terrace

William F. Larkin Golf Course at Colonial Terrace, located in the Township of Ocean, New Jersey, offers a scenic and accessible 9-hole regulation course. Managed by the Township's Department of Human Services, this historic course has been serving the community since 1920 and was revitalized for public use in 2008. In honor of former Mayor William F. Larkin’s contributions, it was renamed in 2016.

With a length of 2,616 yards from the longest tees and a par of 35, the course delivers an enjoyable golfing experience suitable for players of all skill levels. It's recognized as one of the Top 25 Short Courses in the U.S. by GolfPass’s Golfers’ Choice Survey in 2022 and among New Jersey’s Top 20 public access courses.

The facility operates from dawn until dusk, weather permitting. Tee times can be booked up to six days in advance either online or via phone. Pricing is tiered for residents and non-residents, with special rates available for walking or riding players. Policies ensure a smooth experience; players are expected to adhere to dress codes and safety regulations while on the course.
